All prices listed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store.

3. Order Processing and Delivery

Once an order is placed, our team will verify the details via phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity or if the product is out of stock. Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner (e.g., Steadfast, RedX) and the customer's location.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad) within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

5. Payment Terms

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and secure online payments (bKash, SSLCommerz). For certain high-value items or deliveries outside Dhaka, partial advance payment may be required.
