All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, products, and services without prior notice. We strive to display accurate product images, but actual colors and packaging may vary.
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method. By placing an order, you commit to paying the total amount upon delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.
We may request access to your device's location (GPS) during checkout to ensure accurate and fast delivery. This data is strictly used for order fulfillment.
FamilyCart BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
